The long version:
With a 1st undergraduate degree in journalism, I'm well-versed in writing plain English, crafting concise content and getting to the point.
During my last year of university, I started working for a PR and social media agency. This gave me a juicy taste for commercial copywriting, creating content for news publications, and the whirlwind of client management.
After working in my first agency role, I became the in-house Marketing Manager for a restaurant group in Gloucestershire and Oxford. Between days of caviar tastings (yes, really), managing shoots and organising events, I did some freaking good marketing. Securing coverage in the likes of The Times and Forbes, as well as Bake off the Professionals, I found a real edge for content creation across the whole marketing mix.
In Spring 2022, I began working for an established digital marketing agency. As Content Strategist and Digital Marketing Manager for the agency, I spearheaded their first SEO content strategy template, leading to a new service offering and a brand new flurry of large-scale content strategy projects for me to lead.
